With experience in VIP hospitality and concierge services, Silvia joined Estela in 2017. Silvia manages our Superyacht Agency administration and plays a supportive role in operations.
AIXA SERI
All the way from South America, Aixa joined ESTELA in 2021 and has quickly become an expert in looking after the day-to-day operations in Palma. She speaks native Spanish and fluent English.
ERIN BLOOM
As an ex-Chief Stewardess of ten years, Erin joined Estela with extensive knowledge of onboard necessities and processes. She is now our newest Yacht Support Consultant, speaking fluent English and Spanish.

Enzo is our man in the marina, overseeing deliveries, taking care of logistics, checking clients have everything they need. Out of season, Enzo is our local advertising sales guru, working with partners that feature in Estela’s ‘The Y’ handbook.
JAMES VAN BREGT
James joined us in 2018 after writing Estela’s 2018 edition of ‘The Y’ Handbook as a freelance copywriter. With a background in marketing, writing and publishing, James is in charge of communications and social media, as well as working on future editions of the Handbook, also getting involved in operations during the high season.
MIGUEL ARCOS MOYA
AKA ‘The Boss’, Miguel has deep experience in many aspects of shipping, from servicing commercial ships to pleasure boats. As a hands-off business owner, Miguel empowers professional staff to run things, while always being on hand to guide and advise.
