At Estela Superyacht Agency, we advise you and support you at every stage of your journey, not only from our office in Palma de Mallorca but also throughout our international network of offices and our presence in all the major ports worldwide.
Before your arrival we can assist you on all matters related to booking, itinerary planning, storage, courier, logistics and charter authorisation.
On your arrival, you can rest assured that we will offer you assistance with any arrival & immigration formalities, car rental, laundry, medical assistance, internet & telephone as well as any repair, refits and chandlery.
During your stay, our range of services will help you to make the most of your stay. These include crew activities, concierge services, training, recruitment, parcel deliveries, Cash to Master to name but a few. We can also act as a tax agent on your behalf.
Should you need any training for your crew, we are unique in the way that we not only provide training courses and workshops on land but we also visit your yacht – we act out real life scenarios both on board and in the water. Our When Seconds Count project includes the SYFARI training (Super Yacht First Aid & Rescue Improvement) which has the purpose of increasing the safety of a yacht and to improve the time of reaction and the skills in a first aid emergency situation. Before your departure, we will also assist you with any departure formalities, VISA applications, provisioning & supplies, shipment and shrink wrapping. As a fuel & lube oil broker, we work together with our business partners Termopetroli and Shell Oil & Lubricants, our official partner in the Balearic Islands, and we offer extremely competitive prices on the most expensive commodity that your yacht requires.
Shipyard – whether you need to book a shipyard or any of the following services: scaffolding, chandlery, antifouling, painting, repairs, spare parts, storage or crew accommodation, we are here to help you!
Estela Shipping is a commercial shipping agent as well as a super yacht agent with a dedicated team at our office in Palma de Mallorca. We are compliant with the latest regulations in the maritime sector and have been granted the Quality Awards ISO Certification: 9001:2008.
