2015 has been a great year for us and the team at Estela Shipping is very much proud of its achievements as the year finally comes to an end. Reflecting on the year, we are able to look back at a brilliant Palma Yacht Show that was carefully prepared by our team in Palma and not only enjoyed by them but also the many guests that had the opportunity to visit our stand. This was closely followed by the opening of our new offices in Palma, Barcelona and Cuba, with new relationships and
connections having been created in the Caribbean, in particular in Antigua, with all of this being carried out with the intention to offer the best service and best opportunities to our customers.
On top of this we have extended our car rental fleet in order to meet the high demand of crew that seek to rent a car while in Palma. We have undertaken the training of many crew members, preparing them to face emergencies with our unique ‘When Seconds Count’ Superyacht’s training course. Together with our partners we have successfully organized many events throughout the year that we will remember for years to come.
For the upcoming year we are looking to keep on working and collaborating more efficiently with our current providers, whilst also looking to form relationships with new providers in order to fulfill all the needs of our clients and exceed our expectations for 2016.
A major revelation in 2016 will be the release and introduction of our unique ESTELLA APP which will be exclusive to our clients, ensuring optimal customer service. Alongside the APP we will be offering a fabulous Loyalty program that will save you large amounts of money, whilst also allowing you to amaze your guests both on board and on land with our Yacht Tour Operator service, the first of its kind.
